Lothar’s first task with new neuralware is circumventing the restrictors, regardless of it violating his EULA or putting his nervous system at risk.
One day Lothar pushes his neuralware too far, damaging his nervous system along with hundreds of dollars in OAS hardware. He’s suspended indefinitely and reassigned.
With a lot of free time on his hands, Lothar gets back into old habits but now he has a Oneiroi to deal with.
